Holy crap Danne, I love this project. You popped up on FB and you look so familiar that I looked you up. I am pretty sure I know you but my memory is so sucking lately -- probably because I've rented it out to electronic devices, but our mutual friends the Wayward Dans Hayward and Josh Caress put a picture in my mind that feels like memory. But I am hoping it's not one of those memories where I am a total fool, which in fact is quite a few of them -- and I've reformed somewhat from foolishness though not entirely.
Anyhow, I am subscribing to this feed, because it's rad. I live in W-Town, if you'd ever like to meet up for analogue times, I am starting my garden soon and love to lacto-ferment vegetables. I've been car-free for a year too, yeehaw! Keep up the great work!
Glad you found my blog and thank you for the kind words. My boyfriend plays in a band with Josh Caress so it's definitely likely that we've met at some point in time, probably at a show. Anyways, glad you've subscribed to my feed and good luck with the garden (I'll be starting one this year as well) and all other analog activities.
12 Months of Lent is a project that I started in 2009 where I assign myself a different personal challenge to complete each month—a sort of hybrid between the concept of lent and a New Year's resolution (just with less religion and more frequency). Through making myself do these funny challenges, not only do I live a more positive and fulfilling life, but I actually get things done—and have fun doing them. Thank you for reading!
